Radious is more about giving everyone a truckload of toys, wich somewhat alters the overall balance (Bretonnia has access to Foot Knights on Chaos-Warrior level). ItВґs more about bringing the gameplay closer to the TT/Lore, witch larger Standart Units, smaller Elite-Stuff. SFO leaves the overall balancing more or less intact, Bretonnia will still suck at the Infantry-departement, Vamps will still fight without Archers, ect. On topic: Both mods are quite good, both for a diffent audience however.
